  • Host weekend open house. 
  • Follow up open house leads and get feedback. 
  • Update seller about open house activities and feedback.
  • Regularly review marketing activities with sellers.
  • Help pre-qualify potential buyers. 
  • Present and discuss all offers with sellers. 
  • Help negotiate the purchase contract on seller’s behalf.
  • Finalize the sales contract. 

In Escrow

  • Prepare escrow timeline, including major contingency removal date.
  • Follow up on all status and work with selling agent, escrow officer closely. 
  • Confirm all contingency removals on contract are completed.
  • Help negotiate and solve possible issues arising in transaction Important! 
  • Coordinate final walk-through between seller and buyer. 
  • Accompany seller to sign off Coordinate mover and cleaning crew for seller, if needed.
  • Help clean up and wrap up misc. items before closing. 
  • Obtain all keys and remote controls from seller.
  • Congratulations! Escrow closed. 

After Closing

  • Pass all keys and remote controls to buyer s.
